🛍️ 1. How do I place an order?

Simply browse our website, select the product(s) you like, choose the quantity, and click "Add to Cart." Once you're ready, proceed to checkout and fill in your shipping and payment details.

We accept the following payment options:

  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)

  • Debit/Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)

  • Net Banking

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) – ₹80 flat fee


🚚 3. Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery across most pin codes in India. A flat ₹60 fee applies to all COD orders.


📦 4. How long does delivery take?

We deliver across India. Estimated delivery time:

  • Metro Cities: 4–8 business days

  • Tier 2/3 Cities: 5–10 business days

  • Remote Areas: 7–14 business days


🔍 5. How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email or SMS with a tracking link. You can also track your order using the link on our website's Order Tracking page.


📬 6. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Yes, but only within 12 hours of placing the order. Please email us immediately at kriseofficial@gmail.com with your order number and the updated address.


🔄 7. What is your return or refund policy?

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return Policy (add link when ready).


❌ 8. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. After that, we begin processing, and cancellations may not be possible.
